The British Antique Furniture Restorers Association (BAFRA) has been formed because with the rapid rise in value of antique furniture in recent years large number of semi-skilled and un-skilled people set themselves up as restorers. The Association exists to safeguard the interests of both the general public and Antique dealers, also protecting the reputation of skilled restorers.
